YPJ series pump is customized designed and developed by our company for customers almost 20 years. The pump body is welded by thicker stainless steel under molding processing, smooth surface, no tiny pores and foundry defects. The pump cavity’s runner is optimal designed according to the fluid dynamics principle, which can make sure the material handing is smooth and steady, maximize reduce the warming effect of the materials, keep the steady and high efficiency during the pump working.

Pump shaft is made by special stainless steel with high strength, high hardness and high anti-corrosion. Connection part between pump body and motor is extended, because with this design the maintenance and replacement of mechanical seal is more easier, no need to take down the pipelines and remove the motor of the pump, just need to disassemble the middle connection part and replace the mechanical seal. After the replacement of the mechanical seal, the pump body and motor still in old location, so no

need adjust the pump’s concentricity, this can ensure the running condition is same with the previous condition as delivered from factory. Mechanical seal is external design, it is stable and more clean, fully meets the on line CIP and SIP. Working conditions: Flow rate ≤1400 m3/h, Head ≤35m, Pressure ≤ 12 bar, Temperature ≤ 180℃

Mechanical seal: Single seal or Double mechanical seal with cooling water ( silicon carbide/ graphite, silicon carbide/ silicon carbide, carbide/ cemented carbide)

Type of inlet and outlet: Flange (ISO. DIN, GB)

Materials: 304(1.4301), 304L (1.4306), 316L (1.4404), EPDM, FPM, VMQ, NBR, etc.

Motor and base plate: General, Frequency, Explosion-proof (voltage, speed, frequency optional), welding square pipe base plate or stainless steel bending closed base plate.
